1. Laki Laki.
2. Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
3. Memiliki pengalaman pendamping program atau fasilitator minimal satu tahun.
4. Memiki pengalaman melakukan implementasi program
dan membuat laporan program.
5. Mampu mengidentifikasi dan membangun. kolaborasi gerakan kebaikan dengan stake holder komunitas.
6. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik.
7. Memiliki semangat untuk memberdayakan, berkolaborasi dan amanah.
