Job description for Program Magang Tour Consultant at Ekaputra Tour
Responsibilities
- Assist the Tour Consultant team in responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and the company website.
- Support research on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, attractions, and tour pricing.
- Assist in preparing travel quotations and itineraries under the guidance of the Tour Consultant.
- Help organize travel bookings, including hotels, transportation, attractions, and other travel arrangements.
- Support the preparation of travel documents, booking confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in maintaining reservation records and updating customer information accurately.
- Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support the team in following up with customers regarding bookings and travel arrangements.
- Assist in handling customer requests and resolving issues under supervision.
- Support the creation of promotional materials and tour package content when needed.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Tour Consultant team.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Passionate about the travel and tourism industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Available for a full-time internship (WFO).
