Job description
As a Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of programs from Dicoding and its client/partner.
This is an end-to-end job including but not limited to:
- Managing client/partner’s demands regarding the campaign/program.
- Managing the day-to-day handling of the program/campaign and reporting to the Program Manager.
- Forming key relationships with stakeholders of the program.
- Monitoring, tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance of program metrics defined by Program Manager.
- Doing activities with the stakeholders.
- Actively provides answers to the stakeholders regarding the program.
- Encouraging collaboration across teams and departments.
- Executing any other operations within the scope of work.
On normal working days, you are required to work at the Dicoding Space office building, Jl. Batik Kumeli no 50, Sukaluyu, Cibeunying Kaler, Bandung.
Qualifications
- Currently residing at Bandung Metro Area and able to travel to/from the Dicoding Office personally (not by rideshare or public transportation).
- During normal weekdays work at the Dicoding Space office building, Jl. Batik Kumeli, Bandung.
- Min. 2 years of experience in handling campaign/program Put short description of the work you’ve done in each campaign without disclosing the Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- You will be handling this work personally without the use of any third party/agency (except automation) so you will need to know how to, be able to, and be willing to work independently with your fullest potential.
- Familiar with Office Tools: Word Processor, Spreadsheet, Presentation (Microsoft Office / Google Docs) on a daily basis. Including Pivot, Lookups Knowing Macro or Basic scripting in any programming language is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Written, Spoken). Having the TOEFL/IELTS PBT/IBT test result will be a plus.
- Active, have initiative and is able to work with proper guidance without need of excessive/constant supervision.
- Tech-savvy. We are a company which provides online education and handles programs with the likes of Google, Microsoft, IBM, and among other tech companies.
- Understand Privacy Policy, Personally Identifiable Information and respect the privacy of each stakeholder.
- Clearly understand the regulations regarding COVID including social distancing protocols and be committed to obey them.
- Able to work outside office hours when required (can be done remotely/from home).
