Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the short drama production process from script planning and filming execution to post-production, ensuring smooth operations.
- Supervise script development, casting, and location arrangement to ensure the story aligns with market trends.
- Work closely with directors, scriptwriters, cinematographers, and post-production teams to drive project execution.
- Manage production budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor filming schedules, resolve production challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Research market trends and short video dynamics to help define drama styles, themes, and promotional strategies.
- Participate in post-production editing and content optimization to ensure final content aligns with social media engagement standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, any major is acceptable, but fields such as media, film, directing, or marketing are preferred.
- 3 years working experience in short drama, short video, or commercial production (experience in social media content production is a plus).
- Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple teams for efficient production.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective production.
- Familiar with content strategies on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other short video platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills, capable of handling fast-paced production environments.
- Able to independently organize film/short drama production projects.
- Has experience working in a film crew.
- Familiar with film studios, shooting locations, and related resources in Bali.
