Product Solution Manager (Content/KOL Strategist)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Solution Manager to join our growing team at Pulse Digital. This role will focus on developing campaign strategies, creative concepts, and influencer-led solutions that answer our clients’ business and marketing objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop strategic campaign ideas and concepts for clients.
- Translate brand objectives and challenges into effective content & KOL strategies.
- Create pitch decks, proposals, and campaign presentations.
- Develop campaign frameworks, creative directions, and KOL recommendations.
- Work closely with the Sales, Campaign, and Creative teams to develop compelling solutions.
- Present and communicate strategic ideas to clients.
- Ensure campaign strategies are relevant, creative, and results-driven.
- Keep up with influencer, content, and social media trends to generate fresh ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital strategy, content strategy, social media, influencer/KOL marketing, or a related field.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Creative, but also structured and detail-oriented.
- Able to turn a brand problem into a clear campaign strategy and creative solution.
- Understands the influencer/KOL ecosystem and social media landscape.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
