We are looking for a hands-on technician who is ready to support production operations, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure packing & filling processes run smoothly and efficiently.
🔧 What You Will Do
- Operate and monitor packing & filling machines during production
- Perform machine setup and adjustment before production starts
- Ensure filling, sealing, coding, and packing processes run properly
- Handle basic troubleshooting and identify machine issues
- Conduct routine checking and machine cleaning based on SOP
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Maintenance teams
- Ensure product quality and production output meet company standards
- Maintain GMP, safety, and cleanliness in the production area
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum SMK / D3 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
- Experienced in production machine operation or technician role
- Familiar with filling machine, packing machine, conveyor, sealing, and coding system
- Able to perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustment
- Understand GMP and production SOP
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under production targets
- Willing to work in shifts if needed

- Experience in cosmetic / FMCG / food / pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance
- Experience handling automatic filling or packing machines
- Good teamwork and communication skills
