Production Team Leader– Electric Motorcycle & Motor Assembly
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Team Leader to oversee our electric motorcycle and motor assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily production activities for electric motorcycles and motor assembly.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.
- Supervise workshop operations and implement 5S management.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and efficient use of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in production management, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, or electric vehicle assembly.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Understanding of production processes and workshop management.
- Familiarity with 5S, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Able to work independently and solve production-related problems
