Job description for Production Supervisor at PT Gagah Putera Satria
One of the subsidiaries of PT. Gagah Putera Satria is currently hiring a Production Supervisor to be placed in South Kalimantan.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and target achievement
- Lead and coordinate production teams in executing operational plans
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Monitor equipment performance and production output, and report any issues to management
- Provide regular operational updates and production reports to the Production Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role (preferably in mining)
- POP Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in remote site conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be placed at site in #KalimantanSelatan
