Job description for Production Scheduler (Management Trainee) at Sailun Group
Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules and workflows to meet business demands and optimize resources
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and other departments to ensure production goals are achieved
- Analyze production data to identify and resolve any issues impacting production schedules and quality standards
- Manage production budgets
- Identify opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures as necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university, GPA min 3,00 (out of 4,00)
- Maximum 26 years
- Strong conceptual, analytical thinking, good communication, problem solving skills, teamwork and leadership potential
- Having experience working in manufacture industry will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in our factory Vietnam or China during the MT Program for 3 months
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
