Job description for Production Planner at PT. ALCOTRAINDO BATAM
Placement: PT Indo Kreasi Grafika, Batam
RESPONSIBLITIES :
PRODUCTION
- Understands production process thoroughly, and has reasonable expectations as to what can be
- accomplished in a certain timeframe
- Tracks the progress of production to ensure they remain on schedule
SCHEDULING
- Update planning based on machines capacity, coordinate with production team to ensure running as per plan and achieved the daily target.
- Manufacturers only hold the necessary inventory.
- Planner only running based on PO received from customer to reduce inventory cost.
- Manage production plan based on due date to meet delivery as per customer request to improve customer satisfaction
- Ensures that materials and internal resources for production are ready, so production can run smoothly
- Flexible and able to revise schedules as needed if suddenly any urgent requirement.
Requirements
- Diploma 3 (D3)
- Min. 3 years’ experience
- Proven working experience as a Production Planner, Production scheduler or Material Planner
- Knowledge in ERP System
- Command able English & Bahasa knowledge - both oral and written.
- Understand of production procedure.
- Analytical skill.
- Team player and communication skill.
