Job Description
- Lead, plan, and supervise the entire production process—ensuring operations run smoothly and on schedule.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met by optimizing machine efficiency, line balancing, and labor productivity.
- Maintain strict product quality standards and ensure the entire production line fully complies with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and Halal Assurance System).
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering/Maintenance team to coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize machine downtime
- Monitor and control manufacturing variances, managing operational costs while minimizing product defects, scrap, and material waste.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production supervisors and highly motivated working environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular production performance reports, downtime analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to the executive management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 4 years as a Production Manager in the Food Manufacturing (FMCG) industry, preferably within a biscuit and wafer manufacturing plant.
- Strong technical understanding of wafer production machinery (e.g., industrial mixers, tunnel ovens, wafer baking tongs, cooling towers, and high-speed packaging machines).
- Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, 5S, and Halal implementation.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities and strong communication skills.
- High integrity, assertive, target-driven, analytical, and adaptive to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to be placed in Ciracas (Jakarta timur)
