Job description for Production Manager at PT Nishinihon Electronic Indonesia
Responsibility :
• Planning production activities, including schedules to be used
• Manage the overall production process so that later the quality, quantity, and production time can run smoothly
• Responsible for production management so that the company's goods or products are maintained
• Responsible for all production equipment used, especially related to maintenance so that production equipment can be used properly during production
• Report production activities periodically to the company's management
• Ensuring the development of employee skills that support the company's production process
• Responsible for what happens during the production process from the beginning to the end of the activity
• Make innovations and new plans to develop production, especially to improve quality and quality
• Control the flow of processes from raw materials, from the initial production process to finished materials and increase production efficiency
• Regulate the implementation of administration, especially related to production systems
Requirements :
• Male (Japanese Speaker JLPT Min N3)
• Age 27- 35 max years
• Must posses at least a Bachelor's degree or Profesional degree in any field
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Have good and smooth communication skills
• Have a leadership spirit
• Able to work individually and in teams well
• Developing analytical skills with problem solving abillity
