Job description for Production Manager - Women's Fashion Store at MIMPI MANNIS
Mimpi Mannis is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our Bali-based team.We are looking for someone highly organised, practical and proactive who can manage our clothing production from approved sample through to finished goods.This is a hands-on, office-based management position working closely with our Director, internal production team, pattern/sample team and external vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage production from approved sample through to final delivery
- Prepare and manage production POs, quantities and timelines
- Allocate production to appropriate vendors
- Coordinate and follow up external tailors/vendors
- Oversee patterns, grading, fit and technical accuracy before bulk production
- Ensure approved samples, patterns, technical information and POs are aligned before production
- Maintain clear production schedules and ETAs
- Monitor production progress and identify delays early
- Manage production handovers and documentation
- Oversee QC standards, servicing, re-QC and final release
- Manage and follow up the internal production team
- Maintain accurate production records and provide clear reporting to the Director
- Identify production problems and implement practical solutions
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in fashion/garment production
- Understands garment construction, patterns, grading, fabrics and QC
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Can manage and develop a team
- Delegates clearly and follows up consistently
- Communicates clearly with vendors, staff and management
- Can prioritise and make practical decisions in a fast-moving small business
- Is comfortable working collaboratively across departments
- Has strong written record-keeping and production tracking skills
- Can work confidently in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
