Job description for Production Manager (Fashion & Accessories) at Arkona Dua Futures
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end production process, ensuring timely delivery, quality consistency, and cost efficiency across all product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage production schedules, capacity, and lead times.
- Coordinate material availability with suppliers.
- Identify and manage new production partners.
- Oversee internal and external production.
- Coordinate with Design/R&D on production requirements and timelines.
- Manage handover from development to bulk production.
- Track production progress and maintain up-to-date reporting.
- Identify production risks and develop solutions or alternatives.
- Supervise QC and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor COGS and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve production processes.
- Lead production staff and manage workflow.
Requirements
- Experience in garment or fashion production management.
- Ability to manage production timelines, capacity planning, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of product construction and garment techniques.
- Knowledge of materials, sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple production streams (internal & external).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with COGS and cost optimisation strategies.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
