Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations
📍 Cikupa, Banten | Full-Time | On-site
A well-established industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Production Manager to lead and strengthen its production operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who understands how to translate production planning into disciplined execution on the factory floor while ensuring productivity, quality, and operational stability.
You will be responsible for managing production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring production targets are achieved consistently.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily production operations across manufacturing lines
• Execute production planning in coordination with PPIC
• Manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved
• Monitor production KPIs such as output, downtime, reject rate, and productivity
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective improvements
• Strengthen supervisory leadership across operators and line leaders
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and cost efficiency
• Maintain a safe and well-organized production environment
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role
• Experience managing large production teams through supervisors
• Strong operational leadership and production floor management capability
• Experience in packaging, metal forming, can manufacturing, or industrial production is an advantage
