Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor Degree in chemical engineering, metallurgy and other related majors.
- Master the basic principles and processes of chemical production.
- Have more than 2 years of workshop work experience.
- Proficient in PDCA, 5W analysis method, SMART, 8D analysis method, fishbone diagram methods and tools.
- Be proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, PPT, and CAD.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Production data management: Responsible for the management of workshop process data (including process record forms, SOP, batch traceability, etc.); responsible for forming good records of the production and manufacturing process, and completing customer review form requirements.
- Responsible for the inspection of operating specifications, implementation of standards, and production technical parameters of production personnel in each process. Conduct daily inspections of each production process in the workshop, detect abnormalities in a timely manner and arrange for handling
- Be responsible for issuing and training technical process instructions, follow up on the production process to comply with process specifications, establish inspection and supervision goals, and ensure that production work is implemented in place.
- Material management: Responsible for the storage of non-finished materials in the workshop; responsible for the management of on-site materials in the workshop; responsible for checking material transfers between workshops; responsible for workshop yield inventory.

The process consists of auxiliary material preparation, synthesis, filtration and washing, drying, screening and iron removal, and mixing and packaging, as well as supporting facilities.
