Job description for Production Leader at PT Zinwi Technology Indonesia Batam

Job Desc

1. Give training and assesment to the new employees after joining to ensure that employees master and are competent in job operation requirements; new process training and safety training.

2. Regularly (quarterly) evaluate the time and efficiency of each process of the production process, identify problem points, provide improvement plans and make improvements.

3. Be able to produce corresponding process flow standards based on actual orders, and train employees on the process flow standards to ensure production.

4. Supervise whether employees operate in accordance with SOPs; check employee violations and make corrections; during the production process, maintain inspection and supervision of all aspects of production to ensure that products meet standards and requirements.

5. Check and compare customer standard samples to evaluate whether they meet process standards; provide feedback on quality abnormalities.
