Job description for Production Group Leader (PT Surya Pratista Hutama) at Talentport
Sebagai atasan pertama dari karyawan worker dan operator, memiliki tanggung Jawab;
- Memastikan kelancaran proses produksi terkait man/method/machine/material guna pencapaian target kuantitas dan kualitas
- Memastikan penerapan standarisasi 5R dan Sistem Jaminan Halal di area produksi
- Membuat laporan serah terima produksi per shift
- Melakukan pendampingan dan pembimbingan tim terkait kesesuaian ketentuan dan nilai budaya perusahaan
Kualifikasi;
- Pria
- Usia 22 - 27 tahun
- Pendidikan min S1 Teknik Kimia/Industri/Mesin/Teknologi Pangan
- Pengalaman diutamakan (fresh graduate dengan pengalaman organisasi diperbolehkan)
- Analisa dan leadership tinggi
- Bersedia sistem kerja shift (3 shift)
