Job description for Production Engineering at PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Experience in Performance Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related manufacturing function.
Proficient in 2D and 3D engineering design software (AutoCAD, ZWCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Knowledge of PLC systems (Autonics, Omron, Mitsubishi, or similar platforms).
Understanding of IoT and manufacturing digitalization concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging targets.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve production processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Support automation and digitalization projects, including PLC and loT implementation.
Prepare and maintain 2D/3D engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.
