Production Engineer

- Production planning and management:

Design and implement production plans, monitor production schedules, and manage workflow to meet production targets. 

- Process optimization:

Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 

- Quality control:

Ensure products meet quality standards by monitoring production processes and implementing quality checks. 

- Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations. 

- Safety compliance:

Enforce safety procedures and regulations within the production area. 

- Data analysis:

Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and inform decision-making. 

- Collaboration:

Work with other departments like engineering, maintenance, and quality control to resolve issues and improve processes. 

- Continuous improvement:

Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency. 

- Able to communicate in English is a must (Written & Verbal)

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques

- Expertise in production planning and scheduling

- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods

- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machinery

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with relevant quality and safety standard
