Job description for Production Coordinator at Leomotions Animations Studio
CONTRACT - PROJECT BASED
Requirements:
- Min D3 in Administration, Communication, Management, Animation, or related fields
- Have 1 year of experience in a similar role within the animation, media, or creative industry
- Skilled in using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Strong managerial skills including production planning, scheduling, and team coordination
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of the animation production workflow and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Working on site, Malang - Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain production schedules in coordination with department leads and artists
- Ensure departments meet milestones, delivery targets, and overall timeline
- Monitor daily progress and adjust schedules when needed to maintain workflow efficiency
- Act as a bridge between creative, technical, and management teams to ensure clear and timely communication
- Coordinate task assignments and track completion status
- Maintain accurate production data, asset lists, shot tracking, and project documentation
- Prepare weekly progress reports and communicate production statuses to management
- Align production schedules with studio-wide resource availability.
