Responsibilities:
• Track shots progress in track and ensure the tasks stay on schedule.
• Coordinate dailies with artists, leads, and supervisors to keep production aligned.
• Take clear notes during dailies and follow up on assigned action items.
• Prepare weekly submissions, delivery lists, and client review packages.
• Organize plates, references, and file transfers to support a smooth pipeline.
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of experience in VFX/animation production or coordination roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to relay information across teams and clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Basic understanding of the CG/VFX pipeline from modeling to compositing.
• Comfortable communicating in English, including with international clients.
