Job Requirements

Pendidikan minimal D4/S1 Teknik Elektro/Teknik Industri
Memiliki pengalaman project dibidang manufaktur terutama bagian produksi
Memahami prinsip-prinsip dan metodologi lean manufacturing (misalnya Kaizen).
Memahami dasar mengenai software ERP
Keterampilan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat, dengan kemampuan menggunakan data untuk mendorong pengambilan keputusan
Memiliki kemampuan Ms. Excel seperti VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, dan lainnya.
Memiliki kemampuan membuat dashboard Power BI dan Microsoft Looker Studio

Job Decription

Memastikan pelaksanaan jadwal produksi sesusai dengan jadwal produksi
Melakukan Analisa dan Tindakan perbaikan (continuous improvement) termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada penghitungan dan efisiensi dalam time cycle, manpower, dan waste dalam proses produksi
Membuat dan melaporkan laporan produksi kepada kepala bagian produksi
Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas divisi
Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk mengembangkan dan melaksanakan continuous improvement
Melacak dan melaporkan dampak dari improvement yang dilakukan
