Job Description :
• Assist in the preparation and execution of production activities
• Support the production team with administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow runs smoothly
• Monitor production schedules and report any delays or issues
• Help manage inventory, materials, and equipment needed for production
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards
• Assist in quality control checks during and after production
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Producer
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field
• Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good Attitude, communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic knowledge of production processes and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Google Slide, Keynote etc)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
