Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in the garment industry.
Good understanding of garment production processes and sewing machine operations.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft OfficeGood knowledge of quality standards, productivity, and efficiency in the garment industry.

Assist the Sewing Production Manager in supervising sewing operations on the production floor.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Train sewing operators to improve their skills and performance.
Handle quality and production issues and take corrective actions when needed.
Prepare simple daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
