Job Description :
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training for clients.
- Provide product consultation and recommend solutions based on client needs.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the internal team.
- Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Assist the sales team with product knowledge and technical explanations during the sales process.
- Monitor product performance and user adoption to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with development and support teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
- Preferred candidates from Accounting, Information Systems, or Accounting Information Systems (Computerized Accounting).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes is an advantage.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good personal attitude, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills.
- Willing and able to learn independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to interact professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, or business applications is an advantage.
