Job description for Product Specialist (Skincare) at Confidential Company
Job Summary:
- Managing and maintain respective account together with Operations team for held RTD (Round Table Discussion) and product presentation.
- Develop attractive and informative product knowledge and other related presentation including edutainment promotion program for the RTD (Round Table Discussion) and product presentation or another scientific event.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Superior in developing communication and promotional material/tools as comprehensive product attributes in order to make a clear and strong differentiation as well as uniqueness with competitors and to support Operations team.
- Work alongside Operations team to help demonstrate or present products to account partners, such as doctors, clinics, etc.
- Organizing & attending product demonstrations, trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, such as dermatologists, aesthetics doctors, influencers, etc to drive and increase brand awareness and exposure.
- Work alongside Social Media & Design team to create, develop and maintain communication content for brand's official social media channels and website.
- Explore and identify potential collaborations and partnership opportunities with other parties to drive brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Apothecary
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant working experience as a Product Executive or Medical Representative from a skincare brand/beauty wellness industry
- Willing to make doctor/clinic visits
- Having knowledge & strong passion for beauty industries (skincare, make-up, etc.)
- Have excellent spoken & written communication skills, including writing, editing, and storytelling
- Good communication in English, both written and spoken
- Good organisational, time, and project management skills
- Excellent teamwork and networking skills
- Discipline, creative, and innovative
- Ability to effectively handle the high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Willing to be placed at Kembangan, West Jakarta with full WFO arrangement
- Willing to travel a lot both within the city and outside the city
