PRODUCT SPECIALIST POLYMER
PT Arfia Megah is seeking a dedicated and motivated Product Specialist Polymer to join its team. The Product Specialist Polymer will be responsible for providing technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring that they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. This includes conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also assist in product development by analyzing market trends and providing feedback on product performance. Additionally, the specialist will maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore new opportunities for product application within the polymer industry.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the polymer, chemical, materials, or related industries.
3. Fresh graduates with relevant academic, laboratory, internship, or project experience in polymers/materials are welcome to apply.
4. Experience in polymer product development, application development, technical service, quality control, R&D, or technical sales is an advantage.
5. Experience working with polymer materials, additives, compounds.
6. Experience in handling customer technical inquiries, product trials, or application testing is an advantage.

1. Strong knowledge of polymer materials, properties, processing, and applications.
2. Understanding of polymer processing, formulation, and material testing.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot technical and product related issues.
4. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
5. Good communication, presentation, and technical reporting skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, R&D, Quality, Production, and customers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support and consultation to customers and the Sales team regarding polymer products and applications.
2. Conduct and support product trials, application testing, and product evaluations.
3. Solve issues related to material performance, processing, and product applications.
4. Support new product development and improvement based on customer and market requirements.
5. Prepare technical reports, product presentations, and trial documentation.
6. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Production teams to deliver technical solutions and achieve project objectives.
7. Able to work effectively as part of a team.
