Job description for Product Specialist Alat Kesehatan at GEA Medical

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan D3/D4/S1 jurusan terkait seperti Teknik Elektromedik, Keperawatan, Kebidanan, Farmasi, Analis Kesehatan (Analis Medis) atau Teknik Biomedis.
  2. Pengalaman kerja 1 – 3 tahun sebagai Product Specialist alat Kesehatan
  3. Product Knowledge yang mumpuni, memahami produk alat kesehatan yang dipasarkan (alat laboratorium, radiologi, bedah, atau alkes umum lain)
  4. Mampu melakukan presentasi produk dan mendemonstrasikan alat kesehatan (klinis atau teknis) kepada customer.
  5. Mampu memberikan pelatihan pengoperasian alat (user training) kepada tenaga medis.
  6. Mampu Berbahasa Inggris
  7. Menguasai Ms. Office & Ms. Excel
  8. Mampu bekerja dengan target dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik dan fast learner.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  1. Penguasaan Produk – memahami secara mendalam fitur, spesifikasi, manfaat dan keunggulan produk alat Kesehatan
  2. Menyusun materi edukasi, presentasi dan modul pelatihan untuk tenaga medis atau tim internal
  3. Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan regulasi alat Kesehatan
  4. Memberikan solusi atas permasalahan teknis terkait produk
  5. Melakukan troubleshooting dan koordinasi dengan tim teknis atau principal
  6. Memastikan semua unit produk berfungsi sesuai standart keselamatan medis
  7. Melakukan produk presentasi kepada customer
  8. Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer
