Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, ERP Functional (Odoo), Business Analyst, or Product Specialist.
Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance processes, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Bank Reconciliation
Fixed Assets
Financial Statements
Tax (VAT & Withholding Tax)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
Experience conducting GAP Analysis, UAT, user training, and documentation is a plus.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a project environment.
Willing to travel for client implementation when required.
Client-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
