Job description for Product Sourcing & Development Specialist at Sunshine Indonesia Jaya

Categories: Small home appliances, home goods, fitness & outdoor items, Fashion bags and so on.
Duties:
1. Research market trends, analyze competitors, and develop high-profit bestsellers. Calculate profit, source suppliers, check samples and prepare listing materials.
2. Develop high-potential products with solid consumer demand based on market needs. Expand new product lines through online data research and offline field surveys.
3. Master the features of each newly developed product, extract selling points, and compile complete product documentation to support pre-listing preparation for the operation team.
4. Analyze top-selling items on the platforms, develop differentiated new products, and continuously enrich the product portfolio.
5. Identify and avoid products with intellectual property infringement risks, stay familiar with platform policies and compliance rules.
6. Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and stable supply, strictly control procurement costs.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above. Familiar with the full workflow of product development. Candidates with experience in small cross-border sites will be prioritized.
2. Capable of analyzing platform operation data, identifying hot-selling products and forecasting market trends of cross-border e-commerce.
3. Meticulous, responsible and highly executable. Able to handle frequent new product launches under work pressure.
4. Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
5. Language Requirement (Core): Master basic daily English. No fluent oral proficiency required, just able to conduct simple daily communication, greet audiences and understand simple work instructions. Able to speak chinese will be prioritize.
