Job description for Product Security Specialist at Stella International Holding Indonesia
The detail Job would be:
Seniority Level: Supervisor / Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure compliance with product safety requirements and standards from brand clients and corporate headquarters.
✅ Conduct daily product safety inspections inside the factory and strictly prevent design/sample leakage.
✅ Support supervisors in translation, cross-department communication, coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.
✅ Prepare and submit weekly work reports, assist in brand client audit preparations, and coordinate improvement follow-ups.
✅ Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors, including monitoring and reporting progress.
Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, HR/Human Resources, or other related fields.
✔️ Able in Mandarin both spoken and written.
✔️ Fluent in English (both written & verbal communication).
✔️ Fresh graduates or junior candidates are welcome to apply (Prior experience in the footwear industry is preferred).
✔️ Knowledge of quality management/PDCA cycle, ISO standards, and legal regulations is an advantage.
✔️ Willing to work in a factory environment and able to adapt quickly.
