Job description for Product Researcher at Sekolah.mu
Job Description
- Lead the scoping of research and be accountable for research results and roadmaps for your Product teams and counterparts
- Understand the problem that the team/company wants to solve and able to translate it into research initiative to help solve the problem
- Can do various type of research; quantitative and qualitive, evaluative and foundational
- Communicate and evangelize research findings/report to other function.
- Ensure good documentation of user insights to inform design decisions.
Requirements
- 1-2 year of being a researcher who is exceptionally proficient in research methodologies and processes
- Come from either a market researcher, UX researcher, or product analytics background will be a big plus
- Have a proven track record of designing, executing, and participating research on user experience
- Understand Data Query until analytic platforms will be a big plus
- Able to challenge decisions taken by stakeholders or teams & provide suggestive steps leveraging insights & recommendations
