About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Compliance Research Intern to support our international product compliance and regulatory research operations.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to global product regulations, product safety standards, testing requirements, and market access compliance for products sold internationally through e-commerce and retail channels.
The role is ideal for candidates interested in regulatory affairs, international trade compliance, product safety, research analysis, and global standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on international product compliance requirements and regulations
• Review and analyse product testing standards for various markets
• Research requirements related to:
o Product safety
o Chemical restrictions
o Labelling requirements
o Packaging compliance
o Certification requirements
o Import/export regulations
• Prepare compliance research summaries and reports
• Compare regulatory requirements across different countries and regions
• Assist in maintaining internal compliance databases and research records
• Support product risk assessments and regulatory evaluations
• Use AI tools and research platforms to improve research efficiency
• Assist the compliance team in client and project support activities
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree student in the following preferred but not mandatory:
o Food Science
o Chemistry
o Biotechnology
o Engineering
o Regulatory Affairs
o International Business
o Supply Chain
o Quality Assurance
o Consumer Product Safety
o Or related fields
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good written English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to interpret technical information
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and online research
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines
• Interest in international regulations and standards is highly preferred
Preferred Skills (Advantageous)
• Strong English Proficiency is a must
• Good analytical and research skills
• Proficient in research and information analysis
• Able to perform independent research effectively
• Strong attention to detail and research accuracy
