Job description for Product Planner (E-commerce) at PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Controlling stock levels, forecasting sales per SKU, and executing replenishment plans based on historical data, seasonality, and campaign trends.
- Develop inventory allocation plans across channels and fulfillment warehouses to maximize product availability and minimize out-of-stock risks.
- Analyze sales performance, days of inventory, sell-through, and aging stock to optimize product turnover and recommend solutions for slow-moving or overstock items.
- Conduct inventory data analysis using dashboards and reporting tables to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead inventory readiness and safety stock planning for major e-commerce mega campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Payday campaigns) and promotional events.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Warehouse, and Marketplace Operations to align stock strategies with commercial goals.
Requirements:
- Min. education of a Bachelor's Degree from any major (preferably Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Inventory Planner, Demand Planner, or Merchandiser in E-commerce or Retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables) and MS Office; familiarity with ERP, WMS, or OMS systems is preferred.
- Clear logical thinking, strong numerical sensitivity, and sharp analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
