Our sister company (Toys Manufacture) is seeking a talented Product Packaging Designer to join our dynamic team. As our Product Packaging Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and functional packaging designs that effectively showcase our diverse range of products. This full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Placement: Dadap, Kosambi – Tangerang
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop innovative and eye-catching packaging designs for our products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand branding requirements and translate them into impactful packaging solutions
- Ensure packaging designs adhere to industry standards and regulatory guidelines
- Manage the production of packaging materials, including liaising with suppliers and overseeing quality control
- Stay up-to-date with the latest packaging trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings
- Work closely with the product development team to integrate packaging designs with new product launches
- Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance the overall brand image and customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in product packaging design, preferably within the manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production processes
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent visual and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
