We are seeking a talented and driven Product Owner to lead the development of our Hospital Information Management System (SIM-RS). As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of key features within the SIM-RS, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers and align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust system that supports hospitals in streamlining operations, improving patient care, and managing administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate user needs into clear product goals and features
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with the SIM-RS vision
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in healthcare software
- Define product requirements and acceptance criteria for the development process
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely deliver
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on hospital management systems or healthcare software development
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient management workflows, and hospital administration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fully available for work on-site at Tamtech International office in Yogyakarta
