Job description for Product Owner (Life Insurance) at PT Rajawali Anugrah Resources

Responsibility :

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

• Analyze and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately

• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA to ensure that developed solutions meet business needs

• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Provide user guide and training to business users regarding new systems and processes

Qualification :

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance industry

• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

• Familiarity with agile methodology and practices

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
