Job description for Product Owner (Digital Marketing) at Pt Creatorz Media Network
We are currently expanding our services and looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of our new service, build and manage the right team, and ensure the service runs efficiently and successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new services within the agency based on market research and client needs.
- Build, recruit, and lead the team responsible for the new service, including operations, marketing, and sales.
- Create a clear service roadmap, including development stages, testing, launch, and iterations for improvement.
- Manage and monitor team performance, ensuring each member understands their role and KPIs.
- Collaborate with different divisions to ensure seamless execution and efficiency of the service.
- Conduct competitive analysis and pricing strategies to ensure the service stands out in the market.
- Develop SOPs and operational workflows for scalability and efficiency.
- Use performance data and analytics to make strategic decisions and improve the service.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies for the service in collaboration with the marketing & sales teams.
- Present and pitch the service to potential clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Development, or Service Development in digital marketing, agency, or tech industry.
- Proven experience in building and leading a team from the ground up.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight research.
- Deep understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and service monetization.
- Experience leading operations, sales, or marketing teams for new services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, making quick yet data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in articulating the vision of the service to the team and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media trends, or consulting services is a plus.
