Job description for Product Operations at PT Fore Kopi Indonesia
- Operate and manage Fore Coffee Internal Application to support the business
- Work closely with all tech teams to help internal users who need technical assistance and ensure company operations run well.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Dev team to develop products based on requirements and deliver them on time.
- Manage project scopes and timeline
- Coordinate daily standup, sprint meetings and sprint retrospective.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Monitor and analyze product growth as additional insight for product team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience equivalent to 1 year or have experiences working with software products
- Able to manage priority and resource to achieve on time product delivery
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
- Skilled at working effectively with all related team members
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and willing to help other team members to reach team and company goals.
