Product Operation Intern, you’ll sit right at the heart of our tech ecosystem, connecting online product features with our offline retail operations, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, and analyzing product performance metrics to deliver a seamless experience for pet parents.

Location: Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat (Full WFO)
Type & Duration: Internship (3 Months)
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Feature Operations: Assist product specialists in coordinating feature rollouts and bridging communication between technical and offline retail teams.
- Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor key product metrics, analyze user trends, and compile operational reports to drive data-backed improvements.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide clear product information, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and support internal customer-facing teams.
- AI & Efficiency: Utilize AI tools and smart workflows to automate repetitive tasks and optimize daily product operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate from a University in Indonesia (Business, Operations, Engineering, CS, or related fields).
- Strong academic background (GPA ≥ 3.4/4.0 or ≥ 4.2/5.0).
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
- Passionate about the Internet/Tech industry and eager to learn AI skills.
- Love for pets is a big plus! 🐶🐱
