Job description for Product Operation Associate at PT Lumos Digital Indonesia
As our Product Operations Associate, you’ll sit right at the core of our tech ecosystem, driving the end-to-end operationalization of our digital features with offline pet care services. You will apply cross-functional alignment between engineering and retail teams, leverage AI-augmented workflows to streamline operations, and analyze deep product metrics to deliver a frictionless experience for pet parents across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Feature Operations: Own feature rollout operationalization, define standard operating procedures (SOPs), and lead communication between technical product managers, engineers, and offline retail/vet outlet teams.
- Data, Insights & Funnel Tracking: Track and analyze key product performance metrics (activation, retention, drop-offs), identify user trends, and generate data-backed reports to drive continuous product and operational improvements.
- Issue Triage & Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central point of contact for customer-facing teams, proactively troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and triage user feedback to technical stakeholders.
- AI-Driven Process Optimization: Pioneer and integrate AI tools, automations, and smart workflows to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and scale team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related analytical fields).
- Experience: Fresh graduate with high-impact internship experience or deep knowledge in Tech/Product/BizOps.
- Academic Excellence: Proven track record of high achievement (GPA ≥ 3.4 / 4.0 or ≥ 4.2 / 5.0).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Tech & AI Affinity: Highly analytical, tech-savvy, and proactive in adopting modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automated workflow tools).
- Passion for Pet Care: A genuine love for pets is a big plus! 🐶🐱
