Job description
Responsibilities:
- Take vision of business and articulate that into product roadmap and visions
- Lead the product development efforts within the timeline
- Manage the product team, and working closely with business development, engineering, curriculum and learning team to scope efforts, identify and manage dependencies and verify implementations
- Interact and collaborate with stakeholders, users, and customers, to define and prioritize product requirements
- Make sure the product is market fit, user friendly, and well developed for fulfilling the need of stakeholders, users, and customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years product management experience
- Have a business and product sense and a growth mindset
- Experience leading product or project teams
- Experience functioning as a product owner in an agile software development team
- Strategic thinker and very strong attention to details
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities
- Understanding of canvas model : idea validation, design thinking, and business model
- Understanding of Trello, JIRA, Gitlab and Github
- Experience in education technology startup is a plus
