About the Role
You'll take full ownership of the product lifecycle across our platform, from discovery to launch and iteration. In this role, your work will have a massive direct impact on the business, working closely alongside the CEO to define strategy, translate market opportunities into a clear roadmap, and align developers, operations, and customer service behind what gets built next.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Roadmap: Define product strategy and priorities based on business goals, market opportunities, user behavior, and the competitive landscape.
Ship Fast: Turn ideas into clear requirements, work day-to-day with developers and designers, and drive features from concept to launch without letting things stall.
Develop the Business: Identify and validate new product and market opportunities, and build the case for what we pursue next.
Manage Stakeholders: Align leadership, development, operations, and customer service around one roadmap, and communicate progress and trade-offs clearly.
Improve the Product: Watch how users interact with the platform and continuously remove friction across registration, checkout, and payment flows.
Watch the Metrics: Track product performance, retention, and transaction data closely, and use it to decide what we build next.
Qualifications
2+ years as a Product Manager in e-commerce, consumer tech, or digital products
Proven track record shipping products end-to-end with engineering teams
Experienced managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
Data-driven mindset with ability to define and move key metrics
Understanding of the Indonesian gaming or digital goods market is a strong plus
