Job description for Product Manager at Pt Cipta Piranti Sejahtera
Job Desc:
- Create requirements documents related to product development
- Define the product vision, strategy and develop product roadmap.
- Analyze resource needs and development schedules
- Conduct research related to the product development roadmap
- Monitoring the progress of the product development roadmap and reporting to the CEO
- Conduct project management to ensure that the roadmap can run according to the specified schedule
- Doing evaluation such as market share, product competitor and the team performance
- Has technical product knowledge
- Managing weekly and monthly product reporting
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree of IT, Buseiness, Management or related fields
- Min 3 years experience as Product Manager / Product Owner
- Ability in writing a well understood PRD, creating user flow and writing product roadmap
- Excellent teamwork, strong analytical, problem solving, written and good communication skills
- Strong in product strategy and product development
- Willing to work at Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan
