We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end digital product development for our fintech platform. In this role, you will be responsible for product discovery, roadmap planning, technical and functional specifications, and driving execution to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the Fintech, Digital Payments, Digital Banking, Financial Services, or E-commerce industry.
- Product Management Expertise:
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product development lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience creating detailed documentation: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and functional specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and execute product discovery
4. Business & Financial Literacy:
- Strong understanding of financial workflows, transaction flows, or digital financial systems.
- Ability to translate complex financial business processes into simple, intuitive user journeys.
5. Technical & Operational Acumen:
- Proficient in leading UAT, functional testing, and troubleshooting system/feature issues.
- Ability to define business rules, system behavior, and configuration logic.
6. Stakeholder Management:
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership to align Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Business, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product development for digital platforms and ecosystem partnership solutions.
- Lead product discovery, requirement gathering, analysis, prioritization, and delivery of new features and product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain clear product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Design and optimize various customer transaction features, partner solutions, and internal operational systems to support business objectives and user needs.
- Translate complex financial and business processes into clear, scalable, secure, and user-friendly product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Business, Operations, and other key stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define product requirements, business rules, system behavior, and configuration requirements for new and existing features.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to clarify requirements, validate technical solutions, and ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional validation, issue analysis, and requirement refinement to ensure high product quality and business alignment.
- Identify product and process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Support product roadmap and backlog management by evaluating business priorities, user needs, technical considerations, and product impact.
Methodology & Tools: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro).
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with data security, compliance, and regulatory standards in digital financial services.
