Kami sedang mencari profesional yang berpengalaman dan inovatif untuk bergabung dengan tim startup kami sebagai Product Manager untuk platform Hulu Talent. Dalam peran penting ini, Anda akan memimpin dan mengawasi pengembangan serta peningkatan penawaran produk digital kami, memastikan produk tersebut sesuai dengan permintaan pasar dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan keseluruhan perusahaan. Product Manager akan memainkan peran kritis dalam membentuk strategi produk, berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi, dan memastikan kesuksesan penyampaian produk berkualitas tinggi.

Kualifikasi Umum

Pria atau Wanita

Usia 23 - 28 tahun

IPK minimum 3.3

Gelar sarjana di bidang Bisnis, Manajemen Produk, atau bidang terkait.

Pengalaman minimum 2 tahun dalam bidang Product Management atau aktivitas terkait.

Kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat dengan pemikiran kreatif, inovatif, dan out-of-the-box.

Pemahaman tentang proses pengembangan produk, dinamika pasar, dan perilaku konsumen.

Kemampuan untuk berkembang dalam lingkungan startup yang cepat dan dinamis.

Keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan manajerial yang kuat.

Fasih berbahasa Inggris.

Mampu mengoptimalkan aplikasi pengolahan data digital, seperti Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, dll.

Bersedia bekerja dari kantor di Jakarta (Office 8, SCBD)
