Job description for Product Manager at Amili
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features
- Develop our consumer/clinical product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives
- Understand user feedback and pain points to assess the viability and benefits of different product features
- Track product success, by establishing clear, metrics for user engagement, user repurchase and customer satisfaction (e.g. NPS)
- Strategically plan and execute product strategy, from product conceptualization to finished product by regularly coordinating the activities of cross-functional teams (UX design, engineering, data scientist, lab, marketing, etc.)
- Collaborate internally on all product-related content needs to create a differentiated and best-in-class product and end-to-end user experience
- Developing timelines, and ensuring progress to plan, as well as tracking and communicating critical project achievements and/or risks
- Creating and writing product requirements and acceptance criteria to align software development and engineering with other business functions and needs
- Degree level education in product management, business, economics, or any related field
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning
- A basic understanding of engineering and programming
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload among conflicting demands
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong UX/UI design mindset with ability to design user journey flows
- 3-5 years of working experience
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and/or agency vendors
- Experience working in/with health, wellness, and/or tech businesses
