Job Description:
As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our IT products. This includes defining product strategy, working with cross-functional teams, managing product life cycles, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Communicate product plans and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure alignment of product goals with overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
