Job description for Product Manager at Talent Tech
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an IT Product Manager.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or digital payments is highly preferred, particularly in digital banking or Islamic banking products.
- Understanding of Indonesian banking regulations, including Bank Indonesia (BI) and OJK regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), product backlog management, and feature prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW or RICE.
- Basic understanding of system architecture, API integration, and UI/UX principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, including Development, QA, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
